Anyone ever hear anything stupider?

Had a cretin contractor come in to redo roof and i left him with the wife so he could choose the roof she wanted. She is altogether too polite for her own good so when i returned i saw her sitting there with a frozen smile on her face and desperate eyes.
The idiot was telling her how he once had one leg shorter than the other and the preacher told him to speak to god (in tongues i assume) and ... voila he saw his leg grow!!! Well, how can anyone resist an opening like that?

He tried to change the subject back to roofs again but i cut him off and said "wait! i believe in miracles now - and its going to take a f......g miracle the day i let you on my roof. Now leave before i ask my dog to show you the door.

4. I've Dealt With a Wide Variety of Contractors Over the Years

and by and large, drywall hangers have more fundies in their ranks than any other trade. I think it has something to do with walking around on stilts all day - puts the zap on their head.
