1. Earlier this afternoon, I did.

Along with "Sarah, you are so stupid." about a hundred more hiding in that bathroom in tears as to not further traumatize my children. Then I chilled and it felt rather cathartic. Now I'm fine again. Seriously, it does wonders for a lousy, bad, confused, or otherwise pissy mood. :D
