What have you done today to make your dog(s) and/or cat(s) happy?
We just gave our 2 dogs and cat the rest of the leftover beer-can chicken from last night. 2 furiously wagging tails and a distinct purr...

:D

4. reprehensor took Fargo to Starbucks this morning.
He LOVES car rides. Even short ones.

Plus a couple of walks around the block, and several Pupperonis.

Right now he's got a big happy smile on his face as he pants at me and drools in my lap.

8. I gave my dogs a piece of cheese.
They LIVE for cheese! Then I saw a baby bunny in the back yard so I kept the dogs inside and sliced up a carrot and took it out to the bunny. When I came back in I explained to the dogs that the bunny was company and he shouldn't be bothered while he's eating. :-) What can I say? I LOVE ANIMALS!

we're working on an outdoor run for them when we have time, on the weekends. Should have it finished within a couple of weeks, then they won't have to fight over the windowsills anymore.

22. Things I have done today for my animals
I took my two horses, Sassamass and Mona Lisa, out of their pen (it's wet and muddy now from all the rain we've had), and picketed them in a nice grassy field. They were very pleased.

I also cuddled with my kitten, Squishy (named after the thingy from Finding Nemo), for about an hour.
