GREAT lighthearted joke about Bush

Not sure if this belongs in GD, but its fiction, so I brought it to the lounge. Enjoy!

George Bush is visiting the queen of England. He asks her, "What's your
leadership philosophy?"

The queen says, "I surround myself with intelligent people. I test their
intelligence by asking them questions. I'll show you."

She calls Tony Blair and says, "Mr. Prime Minister, your mother and father
have a child, and the child is not your brother or sister. Who is it?"

Blair says, "It's me, Mum."

She says, "Understand, Mr. President?"

When he gets back to the U.S., Bush calls Dick Cheney and says, "Dick, your
mother and father have a child, and the child is not your brother or
sister. Who is it?"

Cheney says, "Let me think about it. I'll get back to you."

Cheney calls Colin Powell and says, "Colin, you have to help me with this
problem. Your mother and father have a child, and the child is not your
brother or sister. Who is it?"

Powell says, "It's me of course, you idiot."

Cheney calls back Bush and says, "I know who it is. It's Colin Powell."

Bush says, "Wrong. It's Tony Blair."
