OK, I'm way over this week-long sore throat, cough, and gunky eyes

I've had a sore throat for over a week, along with a wet, mucousy cough, and a lovely case of morning conjunctivitis. I blow green, viscous glop out of my nose and cough the same up. My son had the same thing. What the heck is it?

3. Hay Fever? Allergy?

When we moved down South, I wasn't yet programmed to live amongst the local flora and fauna, and I was sick all of the time.

Then I started to eat spoonfuls of honey. Local honey. And I got better.

Eventually I was fine.

So my advice is to eat more honey.

lots of antioxidants and vitamin C too.
