I haven't watched a second of TV since I moved two weeks ago. |
|
Not only did I not have them hook my TV up to the cable, I boxed up the set and put it in the basement. I just didn't have enough space for a TV set in my new bedroom, so I decided to go without.
And you know what? I don't miss it in the least!

Good for you. I newsfast a lot, but can't live without the kids shows - I have a 3-year-old...

2. I like to watch late at night- it bores me to sleep. |

I mostly only watch "Food TV" anyway...
Go figure- it's generally the only good channel on. That or old Addams Family Re-runs on TV land.

Good for you. Except for an occasional PBS show or something really, really special, I probably haven't watched regular TV at home ten times in the past ten years (sometimes subjected to it in other places). I do hang out a great deal at DU and find the news reporting far superior to other news resources available to me. Many, many great minds post here and my knowledge has increased immeasurably. Thanks to all of you, so many who appear to be very high level academics and professional journalists with BRAINS.
