How is everyone this morning? I'm.... tired. Worked quite a bit yesterday and my bed didn't want to let me go this morning. Oh well! :D What is everyone else up to this FINE Tuesday morning?

39. Running errands

I skipped a little early (the boss was off ) so I could get a check cashed, oil changed, and maybe get a printer/scanner, but mom called. She wasn't feeling great, dad was being cranky (didn't get to play golf last week), so I got the call. She needed her medication and cat food. So, I dashed down to the house, and we ran errands for the next couple of hours. Got back to my place, saw that I hadn't done anything yesterday, so I had to get to work. Couldn't blow off another 3 hours of doing nothing productive.

It's going okay. They'll be completely gone by Friday. It'll be nice having the place to myself, but I think I'm getting gray hairs early. Nothing too exciting going on tonight. Just going out to TGI Friday's for dinner with two of my girl friends.

That's not too bad. Due to scheduling conflicts, my vacation is looking like the first week of August. I need more running time. I ran 10 laps on the treadmill, any longer drives me nuts. :silly:

to New Orleans. It'll be a long weekend, and I'll be back. Besides, I don't think that your Marine would want to share you. :P

10 laps is the upper limit on the treadmill. Equal to 2.5 miles, and I can control the speed and incline, so I get a better quality run in a shorter amount of time.

2.5 miles? Man you make me feel like a huge couch potato. I enjoy the treadmill more than I do walking outside for some reason.

New Orleans? Awesome! Sounds like a blast! Doing anything in particular down there or just doing everything? lol. You better come back! I'll go into shock! (And you're probably right, he's not into the whole sharing thing - might make his stupid temper flare up).

for me, it's good for bad weather and bad road condition days. If you like it, by all means use it. :thumbsup:
