basically you vote for a dem regardless, thats how I am even though I am far to the left.

Recent studies show that dogs commonly understand about 200 words. They don't understand "subliminable" or "strategery." That's good enough for me.

that the posters here have it correct. I believe was originally a Texas saying (where else) from the time when everyone in Texas was a Democrat - "Yes, my son, there was such a time." The saying as I understand it was "The Democrats could nominate a yeller dawg and I would vote for it before I would vote for a gawddamrepublican." (Just as with "gawddamyankee", "gawddamrepublican" is a single word.)
