a long, thought-out thread regarding Seeing-eye kangaroos and then the old thread is locked before anybody can reply.
To recap: After my blind mama fell down a manhole that her seeing-eye 'roo hopped over, I'm opposed to the idea. Mama ended up going back to her old seeing-eye armadillo. She moves a little slower, but at least we don't have to worry about her spending 3 weeks in the sewers again.

they can't even cross the road themselves, let alone lead someone. i've never seen a live one, only dead ones on the side of the road. i don't think it would work. sorry about your mum
