Telephone solicitation, a question

Every evening for the past week or so about six PM I get a telephone call from:

1. Idaho 208 376 3367
and/or
2. Iowa 319 390 5380

The caller sounds like a professional pitchman/woman. They claim to be doing a health survey and insinuate it is government connected. I tell them "I do not believe you and I want nothing to do with you/it." They reply "Call this number" (for verification) But I still do not believe them and I request to be removed from their call list.

He replies he does not have a call list.

Anybody else hearing from those numbers?

2. Yes.

I heard from somebody claiming the same thing just before I moved out of my last place at the end of June.

3. I did a reverse lookup on the phone numbers on Google

Idaho appears to be a private residence. (I'm not sure if we're supposed to do post that here -- just type [phone] into Google).

Iowa doesn't show up.
