4. Wow you were born in 1980???
I got married in 91, my daughter was born in 94. I think it's WAY too soon for I Love the 90s but we've been watching it. It's amazing how little I was tuned in to the year 1994, but I guess the baby growing in me that year would explain my head in sandness. So I am actually learning about that year!

5. They should have waited until 2010 to do this show
It's too recent to be nostalgic. And when are they going to do the "I love the 60's" show?

I did enjoy the "Rock Chalk Jayhawk" T-shirt Mo Rocca was wearing. My alma matter. :)

8. Yeah I just can't get into a decade
that just ended four years ago, geez.

Now I LOVED I Love the 70s and I Love the 80s. But even 1989 was pushing it, I thought.

Let's get some space between us and that decade to appropriately appreciate it.

But I will admit to catching 90 and 91 and I think I saw 94, too.

9. "And when are they going to do the "I love the 60's" show?"
They won't, 'cause Mo Rocca, that guy from "Ed," and the other contemporary hipsters they use to lure the younger viewers weren't old enough or even alive to make those prewritten-but-made-to-sound-spontaneous witticisms and sarcasms sound even remotely plausible.

10. There aren't enough of those?
Half the shows on TV are a big 60's nostalgia jerk-fest. Baby boomers have more than enough 60's programming as it is. Go to the video store and rent the Wonder Years or watch whatever the latest 60's TV show NBC has on Sunday nights.

7. I felt that way when the were doing "I Love the '80s"
"I Love the 70s" took me back to when I was a kid.

"I Love the '90s" just makes me effin' old.

They suck!
