1. I'm waiting for the extended, but......
....I haven't had 4 hours at a time to sit down and watch the last extended one yet!

2. Am I stupid?
There isn't actually a *trailer* for ROTK on it,is there? Just a 'making of' or whatever they're calling it?

Ahem, to directly answer your question, I should say that I've watched it once since I rented it. Prolly watch it again, then buy the extended version when it comes out.

3. Waiting for the wide screen VHS like I did last time.
So ask again in a couple of months.

We've watch the Fellowship only three or four times, but the kids and I love it. I think they watched it a few more times with their nanny over the summer.

Gonna have to rent the scrunchy "picture has been modified to fit your TV" version this weekend and get at least one viewing in.

4. I've been listening to the 16 unabridged CDs...
...of the Fellowship of the Ring. Ripped the 16 cds into MP4 files for my iPod. Nearly 400 tracks from the 16 cds all together. I listen as I work out at the gym in the mornings to the 16 cds. Feels like I've been listening to the 16 cds forever. I'm up to the fifth of the 16 cds, where they've just arrived at Tom Bomberdil's home.

Did I mention that this One Book was 16 cds?

5. I'm not buying it twice...not again
Hated to be so out-of-the-loop that I didn't KNOW about the extended version with Fellowship, so I'm not making that mistake again.

Just because two of my kids have the middle names "Aragorn" and "Arwen" doesn't mean I'm a total fan...
