Ordering a Philly Cheesesteak is simple: Type of Cheese and either "With" (for with fried onions) or without (no onions). Cheese choices are American, Provolone or Cheese Whiz. Obviously no one told Kerry about this when he tried to order a Swiss Cheese Philly Cheese steak. He freaked out an entire neighborhood in Philadelphia with that boffo mistake
