1. All of those are important to varying degrees.
But, I think having a positive, energetic frame of mind helps tremendously.

4. Sorry to be cynical, but the only thing that ever helped me
was knowing somebody on the inside. I've got the degree, the nice personality, etc., and it never meant shit.
