I ate 1440 calories today, ask me anything! |
|
(my goal is 1500-1700 per day, with exercise. Eaten as many small meals throughout the day and NOTHING after 7PM.)
The scale also informed me I dropped another 2 pounds.
Whee!
And I was told I wouldn't see any weight loss until several months into the exercise/diet program, this is freakin' sweet!
Of course, if I don't eat I get all woozy and hypoglycemic, I forgot to tell my doc that when he put me on zoloft last week... :-)

It's a tough row to hoe, losing weight, but you can do it!
I recommend replacing at least a couple "labor saving" devices with "labor intensive" ones. We got rid of our gas mower and switched to a reel mower (people-powered) and just that change - plus mowing 2x a week instead of every 10 days (our community requires a lawn, else we'd xeriscape and do the brick and formal garden thing) has helped us each lose a few pounds and get more exercise - as well as being better for the planet - no emissions.
We also replaced our food processor with a mezzaluna and depressioned cutting board.
Pcat (who believes in the Korean Farmer diet - work all morning, eat rice and vegetables for lunch, work all afternoon, walk several miles, eat rice and vegetables for dinner, sleep.)
