Favorite song written and/or sung by Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds? |
|
I miss R&B with melodies and stuff -- he was responsible for the aforementioned "Change The World" with Clapton, plus "Whip Appeal" and "Ready Or Not" by After 7 are sweet.
Wrote a lot of stuff for Boyz II Men and the like during that time -- and yes, I've heard Chris Rock's "Babyface Song" parody. :silly:

1. Did he sing "When Can I See You Again?" |
|
I hope I have that title correct. It was with accoustic guitar. I am a sucker for simple accoustic guitar in just about any genre that uses it. Love that song!

I think Kenny picked up the guitar in later years -- it's in a bunch of his older stuff.

Simply 'cause it reminds me of gettin' it on with my first girlfriend.
He is a great producer though. Ranks up there with our own (MN's) James Harris and Terry lewis.
