I like this CD. I don't know much about Tom Waits. He seems like a bit of a character.

he's said "all that I am, I owe to cigarettes and whiskey". And described his voice as "Louis Armstrong and Ethel Merman meeting in hell". If you like Rain Dogs, here are some more Waits albums you should check out:
