I don't think I have any Pet Peeves...
except the puppy peeing on the floor...that really gets me, especially when the back door is wide open...but another thread here made me think about this subject...I don't think alot of things bother me...am I alive??? Could I be commitose and not know it? Well, no, people who play loud music and people who talk loudly into cell phones bother me. People who shop at the che che farm stand in Lincoln MA who have more money than God and who will not make their little brat children behave in public, bother me. These people are the same ones who seem annoyed if you happen to be in the checkout line ahead of them. These people drive these huge SUV's...I mean huge...cars without any meaning, any usefulness except that they are big. People who talk about money all the time...the price of everything...bother me. How about your #1 Pet Peeve (I'll bet you can't do just one!).

1. You have mellowed.
Nice, isn't it?
A lot of things that used to bother me don't any more.
Could be the Scotch.

OK, people who think it's a violation of the constitution to turn off, or override, their cruise control. So you sit behind them, at 5 miles under the speed limit, while they pass that LINE of 18-wheelers going just .0375 mph faster than the trucks.
:grr:

See? Now you got me started.

3. Hmmmmm
How about people who can't drive?

People who smack their gum/chew their food with their mouths open.

People who engage in false affection/overly intimate upon first meeting. Think car salesmen, con artists, put their arms around you, big fake smile, wink at you, act like you and he are BEST BEST BESTEST FRIENDS IN THE WHOLE WORLD and you just met. Yeah, like that. Annoys the crap out of me, but I don't come across it much, thank God.

I honestly can't think of anything else. I am more often fascinated by human behavior than annoyed by it.
