9. I also have a little dog, a Brussels Griffon

It's a first for me, but I love him. I'd love to hear your story, long or not. My dog is the same way. If my Freeper brother walks past him, he goes into attack mode!

He really does look like a dog that can't tolerate freeper types.

I have a right wing idiot brother in law who visits every weekend. Our other dog will be friends with him, but not Little Bit-Freeper Hater. The little fellow growls and barks the whole time brother in law is here.

On the other hand, when my friends come over Little Bit is just old pie to them, so to speak.

15. It seems that we have similar households and dogs

My Sara is friendly to everyone, but not this little guy. I was told that Brussels Griffons are one-person dogs and that this little guy had issues with men. He had belonged to an older lady who died. Actually, it was Barbara Bel Geddes' sister, if you've ever seen "Dallas" or watch old movies. But he avoids my Freeper mother like the plague and seems to be fine with every guy he has met, except my Freeper brother. He barks and lunges and snaps, not that he can do much damage at 8 lbs., more's the pity.:shrug:

16. I have friends who live in Alaska

When they visited in North Carolina, the little girl couldn't get enough of the fresh vegetables, so I guess flowers aren't the only thing you miss. The most beautiful flowers I have ever seen were in San Diego. Maybe you should consider relocating. Thanks for the compliment on my dog. He is very small, and usually thought to be a puppy, but he is actually 10-years-old.:-)
