Go To A Rodeo & Try Some "Bull Fries" - Made From Testicles, NOT Potatos
<snip>

MADISON, Neb. -- You won't exactly catch the bull by the horns at the Potato Hut.

Their bull fries come from the other end of the animal. Jackie Williams said the fries are made from bull testicles. She's serving her bull fries on the fair and rodeo circuit this summer.

Her Potato Hut concession stand stopped last weekend at the Madison County, Neb., Fair and Rodeo. Williams said people still want to try the bull fries, even after they learn what they are made from.

4. They are called "Rocky Mountain Oysters" in Denver
When I saw them on the menu at a business dinner I said "I'd like to try these but I'm allergic to seafood" and eveybody laughed. It wasn't until much later that I understood why they were laughing cuz the restaurant wasn't explicit about what they were made from.
