Meat Lovers: If you haven't tried Bison meat, it's time to move your ass
I went to Ted's Montana Grill this weekend and damn, that is awesome stuff!

I highly recommend checking it out for the juiciest, leanest burger you've ever had...

Mmmmmmmm...buffalo....:9

1. There's a Ted's at Southpointe too
It's in the strip mall across the street from Southpointe. They must have just moved in recently.

I wouldn't have noticed it if you hadn't mentioned it.

5. We have some frozen bison in the freezer.
I ate a bison burger in Colorado once. It was great, though I felt guilty eating it.

I actually prefer ostrich burgers, which are fantastic.

6. Yes, much better than grass fed beef. Thank Teddy Roosevelt
He was an imperialist bastard. That's bad.

He also was a Trust Buster. God we need him now.

He was a Republican for a long time, but then he started Bull Moose!\

But the reason I think he belongs on Mt Rushmore is the Bison, and our National Parks. YA Teddy, Buffalo is good!!!

7. I tried a buffalo burger sample at Trader Joes-
Excellent. Lean and juicy. One of the best burgers I've ever tasted.

10. Very tasty
If you eat the ground stuff medium well (like me) I recommend marinade or sauce of some sort. Since it's lower in fat than beef it can get a little dry.

Very tast though. I like it.

I recommand Bison County in Waltham, MA for tasty bison!
