I saw "Outfoxed" last night and I'm pretty sure Faux must be thinking about suing Moveon. Not sure for what--speaking the truth, maybe?

on Fox News use of "fair and balanced" as a trade mark. I believe a complaint is the first step before a suit. The Complaint was made available to Out Foxed House Party attendees and we were asked to volunteer to circulate petitions and continue to monitor Fox News. It should be showing up in the news unless our favorite White House resident has gotten it silenced. If you haven't seen OutFoxed it is a not to be missed.
