google "RAM converter"
There seems to be many converters around to bring them into MP3 format. Not sure about video converting though.
Anyway, RealPlayer is for free too... use this one to watch .rm and .ram movies.

i have a bare bones puter at work, and i no Longer have admin access (aLL the neat toys i had on my oLd computer are gone) to add anything such as reaLpLayer. so, i was hoping to find a way to convert .rams so i can Listen on my crappity-crap media pLayer.
