Hi Gang!!! It's Back Trouble Time Again!!!!!!

I am sorry that I cannot, because of a pinched nerve in my back, be able to do as much as I worldly like to for the Dem's.

I am going to a chiropractor for this problem.


I had disc surgery 25 years ago and it was successful even to now, except that some scar tissue or whatever is entrapping a tiny nerve which any surgery, would render me all the worse as it would grow back in spades.

So, Please lots of sympathy and kind words needed. I needed this like I need another hole in my head..........

ocasionally when I carry too much or get too stressed or busy. Tai chi has worked well for me for the last 10plus years and my teacher is a chiropractor as well, so it works out.

4. My MD recommended two Extra Strength Tylenol and -------

two Advil,taken together----every 4 hours.I use the generic.

Best non prescription pain med I ever used.
