7. The Warroirs one comes from the movie of the same name.
It's actually pretty classic, and is about gangs in NYC.

Or maybe it was "Tora! Tora! Tora!"

I can't remember. I get those two mixed up all the time.

Doesn't help that John Belushi plays a US aviator in Tora! Tora! Tora!

Disclaimer: yeah, I know...

9. Life is like a mop.
Sometimes life gets full of dirt and crud and hairballs and things and you gotta clean it out. You gotta stick it in here and rinse it off and start all over again. And sometimes life sticks to the floor so much that a mop, a mop, it's not good enough. You gotta get down there with like a toothbrush, you know, and you gotta really scrub 'cause you gotta get it off. But if that doesn't work, you can't give up. You gotta stand right up. You gotta run to a window and say, "These floors are dirty as hell, and I'm not gonna take it any more."

Come on, Charlton Heston deserves a spot.

'Soylent Green is made out of people! It's people!!!' might be a good runner-up, in the Heston round-robin of yelling. :D

16. Henry V
In peace, nothing so becomes a man
As graceful silence and humility.
But let the blast of war blow in our ears
And we imatate the actions of the tiger.
It stiffens the sinews, summons up the blood,
And replaces cold reason with a hard favored rage.

Let us go now to these men of grosser blood,
And teach them how WAR is MADE!

19. "...and when you charge.....YELL LIKE FURIES!!!"
in "Gods and Generals". From what I've read in history books, the Union soldiers were pretty rattled the first time they experienced the "rebel yell"

23. Want to hear it?

Here's a rare recording of some old Confederate veteran giving the actual "rebel yell."

It will surprise you.

http://www.26nc.org/History/RebelYell/main.htm

The largest "rebel yell" ever is reported to have been the night after the first day's (I think) battle of the Wilderness in 1864.

Lee's Army of Northern Virginia had soundly thrashed Grant's Army of the Potomac causing 18,000 casualties to 9,000. As the two sides settled down for the night in the dense forest, a "rebel yell" started and was picked up gradually by the entire 70,000 men of the ANV along the 7 mile front.

That must have been something to hear, especially for the AOP veterans who were beaten again by Lee, and were hunched down for the night in a pitch black Virginia forest.

Grant however, unlike the earlier AOP generals didn't go back north to lick his wounds, but thrashed right back at Lee believing, correctly as it turned out that his overwhelming numbers would eventually win it if he fought long enough and never let Lee rest and refit.
