Do You Work Out?
If so post your routine.
Here is mine.

Monday Wednesday and Friday.

10 minutes of stetching. 20 minutes of Kicking Drills.
3 circuits of of push-ups, pull-ups and dips. The circuit goes like this, 15 push-ups, 1 minute of jumping rope, 15 pull-ups, 1 minute of jumping rope, 15 dips, 1 minute of jumping rope, three times. No rest between each exercise and jumping rope until I finish a circuit, then I rest for two minutes and do another.

Tuesday and Thursday I do the stretching and kicking, then do 3 circuits of crunches, jumping rope, leg raises, jumping rope.

3. Not as much as I'd like
I'd like to work out every day, but the kids are already in day care 10-11 hours a day, and they often cry if I try to put them in the gym's day care right after I pick them up.

Sorry, baby, but daddy's health comes first. All else is a vastly distant second.

I get to the gym perhaps 4 times a week, and work out for 40 minutes on the elliptical cross trainer.

4. stretches
about 20-30" once a week.

Garden about four hours each day: digging, dragging, hauling, pulling, pushing, lifting.

My work has to be practical. I can understand the value of a systematic workout like you've described but it's just not for me.

I love the results of what I do each day. Makes me feel great.

9. I run
I try to run on the tread mill almost every day for at least a mile up to maybe 3 or 4 miles. On days where I run less (like a mile), I probably will do some weight lifting.

8. MWF
4 to 5 miles on a treadmill - about 45 minutes.

Then I have the dog walks, which get very aerobic when a squirrel is sighted.
