Gagging on the Donkey

You know, the last time I went to Tijuana I was lured into a den of ill repute where they had this stage surrounded by a bunch of chairs.

After a few beers, the lights went dim and everyone started cheering. Next thing you know this woman, sort of a cross between your grandmother and a hooker, comes on stage leading this donkey.


I'll leave the rest of this up to your filthy imaginations.

However, my point is that this woman never gagged on the donkey, and there were no elephants to be seen.

So what the fuck is Bush talking about 'gagging on the donkey'? Is that what Karl & Dick tell him it's time to do whenever they decide they're going to Abu Giraffe him?
