Back to the drawing board-Building FALLS OVER in Manila
Looks like they are gonna need a whole bunch of engineers and architects.

Electric cables burst into flames as an eight-story office building which was leaning precariously for days in one of Manila's busy commercial districts, collapses Friday July 23, 2004, hours after occupants fled in panic following creaking sounds and bursting water pipes. No injuries were reported but the incident damaged another building across the street. (AP Photo/Bullit Marquez)

7. This is what happens in countries that don't have our building codes
and code enforcement.

But then, I bet politicians in those countries are really proud of keeping BIG GOVERNMENT out of business!
The victims probably can't sue because it would be a "frivilous lawsuit".

10. Just like when earthquakes hit
I hate to say this but even if they HAD our building codes those are relative to the "relation$hip" the builder ha$ with the code guy.
