10. I hate to be a dittohead, but
ditto.

Loved that movie. Love every Albert Brooks' movie, but this one holds a special place.

13. I loved the theme of "Defending Your Life". And the chemistry between...
Brooks and Meryl Streep was wonderful. :-)

17. Defending Your Life rocks.
It's such a clever concept. . . and the compilation of daily mistakes sequence in the middle is just hillarious.

9. Blazing Saddles is MEL Brooks, not ALBERT Brooks
My vote is for "Mother," but I loved "Lost in America" too.

11. Broadcast News.
Although I really like Lost in America a lot. Julie Haggerty reminds me of a young, I mean 'younger', Mrs. Xnasa.

16. Second that.
Thanks to Brooks' scene where he's singing passionately along with the Frances Cabrel song (French singer), in which he looks simultaneously hilarious and hip, I got turned on to a whole new artist.

14. Ever see "Real Life"?
It predated 'reality tv' by a couple of decades, spoofing the 1973 documentary "An American Family", and it's brilliant.
