Anyone Here Know How to Make Spinach-Artichoke Dip?
I'm thinking about making it as an afterschool snack or as an appetizer this week. I'd appreciate your recipe suggestions :-)

just make sure you cook slowly on low and stir.

13. TRY TO GET ONE
I have a nice 6 qt. one I wouldn't want my kitchen to be without.

Sorry I have no dip recipes. That's an area I don't pay much attention to.

But at least I can push for a crock pot!

9. Forget that "slow cooker" stuff...
It is a perfectly good recipe, just use a double boiler to get the consistency right after all the ingredients are blended, pour into a bowl, add the grated cheese and salsa as stated, and microwave it for about a minute or so.
I can see no use for that slow cooker at all except to waste time.
:hi:

14. MrsGrumpy's world famous---well family famous-spinach artichoke dip
that I got out of a magazine ;)

13 oz can artichoke hearts/chopped
10 oz pkg frozen spinach chopped, thawed and drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 1/4 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese, divided
1 T. grated Romano cheese (I omit this when there is none in the house)

Stir artichoke hearts, spinach, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, 1 3/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese and Romano cheese together until well blended. Spoon in a 2 quart baking dish;top with remaining Monterey Jack cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 8 to 10 servings.

I love this recipe. Quick, painless, easy, delicious!!!! :hi:
