I have made a decision!
Cajun-styled steaks!

I have some Cajun rub, all-natural, and it is begging to be used.

I will dip each steak in melted butter, and apply the rub.

I will preheat my cast-iron skillet, then place directly on the coals.

I will baste them with butter as I blacken them darker than my heart.
