Okay temporary truce for you red sox fans
This year we all gotta stick together and put sports rivalry aside in our shared support of Kerry.

In some ways and probably the only time I will ever say this, maybe it's good the sox won tonight (even if they had to base that win on what I thought was a shitty call) this sends Kerry off to the convention in a good victory like mood.

2. I agree and can be there on that one...and with kerry at the game
tonight I felt that....and I am glad to hear the red sox won tonight...
.they won't win the series :)

but having a win in Boston going into the convention and kerry and his family looking so happy and enjoying themselves....is great.... this is terrific... I loved the pictures on the internet....

watched the nightly news and nothing on there about the game but I am in virginia./....

Congrats to the Sox's for tonight.

3. I love the Red Sox, and to me, the Yankees will always be the team
that the '02 Angels flattened in the first round on their way to the championship. O8) But this year my team is whatever team Kerry roots for, wherever he goes to a game on the campaign trail -- even if he's in the Bronx.

4. Big John has *got* to work on his fastball
Can''t bring that weak-ass cheese to the mound at Fenway. They'll be breaking windows on Landsdowne St. :)
