4. change is good Chavez
also choc stimulates those endorphins. Now you can try the kinds with spices, like curry and chiles. Maybe it's too soon for that, though.

7. I haven't had them yet - the curry sounds awesome
I'm thinking of mail ordering. They have something intheir shops, I hear tell, which is like a sensory adventure where you taste different flavors in succession. I love that type of thing.

17. It was easier to quit...
than I thought it would be. It give me migrane headaches. After going three years with this problem I discovered what was causing it. It stunk to give up chocolate but it beats having those migranes.

I think no longer having migraines would make giving up anything easy.

Migraines....chocolate....migraines...chocolate....hum pretty easy choice. Now if it were migraines....sex...hum....migraines...sex....Well that might be a more difficult choice! ;-)

9. Dark chocolate rules...
I don't understand why so many people like milk chocolate. It is nothing but watered down chocolate to me.

14. Milk chocolate is just too darn sweet!
Dark chocolate gets in some flavor without being overpowered by all that sweetness. Dark chocolate rules! :9

19. Yes indeedie!
Dark chocolate has the same chemical that makes red wine great to drink, and helps ward off heart attacks.

21. I've avoided "Holiday weight gain"
by keeping a little bag of walnut-half-size chunks of dark Callebaut in my glove compartment. As long as I had my chunk o' chocolate to look forward to, most other tempting foods could be ignored!
