Sh*t.....I need a new cat name |
|
My roomie (not Cthulhu) is moving south to be with her daughter. We sorta adopted a Heminway cat (6 toes) and she can't take her with her when she moves as her daughter has 3 Doberman dogs. We took her in because she adopted us. She was a stray who lost its way. She's been fixed and all. We tried to find her original home, but no luck.
She's a collico, so our roomie named her Cally. I don't like the name. Any suggestions?

4. Bast and Sekhmet are the Egyptian cat goddesses. |
|
Will any variation of that work?
Bast, Bastet (usually when in full cat form), Pasch, Pasht, Ubasti, Ba en Aset. Sometimes considered to be the Egyptian version of the Greek Artemis and Roman Diana.

5. Poly - short for polydactyl |
|
polydactyl cats have more than 4 toes. I have a calico cat named cali and she is my sweety pie. I've been thinking of getting a polydactyl kitty - a guy I know seems to collect them.

6. My last cats were "Hermes" and "Ares" |
|
So, I guess, mythological names would be best.
She's highly sensitive...mater of fact, she almost has an orgasm when you touch her.

30. you should name her something that doesn't sound like |
|
any of the other pets' names.
If you have pets with a long *oh* in their name, avoid that
same with long *ee* or long *ay* or long *aye*
if she's your only pet.... go for broke. Wait a week or two until you get a sense of her personality.
If she's a comedian, call her Fanny (as in Fanny Brice).
