What a f*@!#%*ing outrage!
How can this slimy, draft-dodging, class-warfare, Mainfest Destiny, slimy sac of pus have the fucking NERVE to pin a Purple Heart on ANYONE?

This photo epitomizes the neocon amorality of sending someone ELSE'S sons and daughters off to die for their wars of empire and greed.

I piss on you cheney - you twisted, lying, evil, xenophobic, hypocritical, soul-less pile of excrement.

I'm surprised he "didn't have better things to do"
than be next to soldiers. Wonder what they think of someone with 5 student deferments who thinks it is fine to wage war as long as he doesn't go?

5. LBJ, HHH and RMN
LBJ and RMN both served in World War II (although Nixon was in the rear and LBJ was kept safe as a Congressman. HHH served in civilian war-related capacities in Minnesota. Our current veep, however, not only didn't serve, but he said that "he had better things to do" than serve in Vietnam.

(Who is SA?)

6. It IS a Purple Heart
Picture caption:
Vice President Dick Cheney pins a Purple Heart on Marine Cpl. Nathan T. Coutts, front-left, who was wounded in Iraq, during a visit to Camp Pendleton Marine Corps base in California, Tuesday, July 27, 2004.

Even more outrageous - Lycos had these photos on the POLITICS page.

Yeah, the politics of WAR, greed, and fear.

The fucking shitbag took a few hours off from fundraising in California to get a PHOTO-OP.

If my country re-elects this spawn of Satan, I'm leaving these shores.
