5. "Two cents plain" is regular seltzer water, I believe. . .
The song is from a comedian named Frank Gallop who had an album "When You're In Love The Whole World's Jewish" I think he was a "Borscht-Belt" entertainer who did the circuit in the Catskills and Poconos back in the late 1940s to late 1960s.
