Can you watch TV over the Internet?

I have a selfish family member who is watching a heavy metal band right now that is singing opera "Darkness" and I wanted to watch "Amish in the City".

Can you get UPN over the Internet?

6. you need a special video card

but it's pretty cheap ($80-150) and then you can view video from a source (cable or wireless, I guess)

My kid does it. It's a picture in picture situation if you want, while you surf. Fun, huh?
