I an currently camped out in Cambridge ,Ma this week during the convention and the NYC when that time arrives but somewheres in between, I have met all of the DUers (i think) you mentioned and they are all cool to meet.

I realized something's going on the the 7th for me, so the 14th is perfect and it should be plenty of notice for everyone.
One idea is to PM some of the names on the CT board, giving them this link. That way, those who may not be around the Lounge a lot would still know about it. A couple of us tried to organize something in January and it was really small mainly because I don't think a lot of people knew.
