He has said that the whole point of co-opting the name of O'Reilly's show was merely to "bait and annoy" O'Reilly and that it has achieved that purpose so was no longer necessary.

The show is really starting to get big, so I guess not only is it a way to avoid court room visits, it also is time to settle into a more formal approach.
