I've been to games at Aloha Stadium.

First Pro Bowl played in Hawaii (Feb. 1980)? I was there. :-)

10. We'll finish ahead of them.
That's a home game for us this year.

We ALWAYS seem to lose in Lubbock. Weird things just happen there, like the referee blowing a call and his hometown is LUBBOCK!

9. I lived in
Tx for about a zillion years, went to A&M and have a neice and nephew there now. I live in Washington now, right next to WSU. I enjoyed the Jackie Sherrill A&M football but don't follow the team at all now. On a side note, how about that UT and WSU bowl game last year? Man we rocked.

14. Aggies that bad, huh?
GO 'CANES!

I am a FLORIDA STATE grad, but I was with Miami long before I even thought of attending grad school. (I was accepted into both UM and FSU for grad school, but UM was wishy-washy about financial aid, while FSU offered me money up front.)

16. Year 2 of the Coach Franchione era....not much in the cupboards.
It's still a really young team. If they get bowl-eligible, that's a huge step. I see a 6-5 kind of season.

Next year there should be some vast improvement. The team will be a year older, and Reggie McNeal will be ready to have a great senior season at QB.

11. WooHoo! Missouri is going to rock this year!
Seventeen is just a start, we'll be Big XII champs before it is all over. And Brad Smith is already generating Heisman talk. And yes, you Cornhuskers fans, we'll be kicking your ass in your house this year.

My Mom's family are RABID Herd fans (and alums)and since I am a native of Ohio I have to be Switzerland-sitting in the Marshall section very quietly rooting for the Buckeyes.

17. Yeah, I almost feel sorry for the 'Huskers
First off, their athletic director and administration really screwed them when they fired their coach last year, who went 9-3 with a bowl win. What were they smoking:crazy:

Then they compounded this mistake by hiring Callahan, a pass happy coach, to take the reins of a team who has always been geared towards running.

My guess is the 'Huskers are going to be .500 this year, and Callahan will be gone in January.
