in that we are all interconnected....so the guy who is hungry is me, the woman who is discriminated against is me...the Jew, the Muslim, the Christian, the atheist who is hated for their belief-all me. And I welcome them all, and try my darndest to understand and tolerate all. That's why I am a Democrat. The ones who give the most problem are the self-righteous, intolerant ones--you know, Republicans. The part of Kerry's speech where he reaches out in bi-partisanship struck home with me, and I will work my hardest to see this decent man elected President.
