The 1967 film Casino Royale.
:wtf:

Wierdest. spy spoof movie. Ever.

Seriously, what the fuck were the writers and the directors smoking, snorting and/or dropping, can I still get some in this day and age, and how much will it cost?

2. it was a huge fiasco
which cost millions. They had, I don't know how many directors, including John Huston and a cast which was spectacular: Woody Allen, Peter Sellers, Ursula Andress, Orson Welles, David Niven, ect but the different directors didn't know what the other directors were doing and so it got very muddled, still it is a relic of its time and has some good moments--including a wonderful score and Woody Allen is hilarious.

3. 'What if I told you I was pregnant?'
asks Woody in front of the firing squad...

ROTFLMAO!

Woody saves the movie from being a total waste... though I recall a scene with Peter Sellars ina kilt in a white void with a bunch of other Scotsmen for some reason that seemed to be good...

But VERY strange.

Changing the plot from the novel to destroying 007's wholesome image is a hoot, especially as 007 is really a slut. :-) It's the ultimate parody... pity it was so unfocused.

7. here's the version i'd like to see
use all the dialogue from the book as the dialog in the screenplay.then do it as a period piece, circa 1951 or so,when the book came out.actually,i'd like to see ALL the bond movies done like that...

8. I second that!
I'd love it if they stopped trying to modernize bond, and then make the movies taking place in the time they existed
