Christmas Gift for the Freeper Child
http://www.recoilmag.com/news/world_peacekeeper_0903.html

World Peacekeeper action figure comes with enough weapons and ammo to kill every Iraqi Civilian action figure in Baghdad Playset

"Already topping the Christmas lists of children nationwide is Hasbro's World Peacekeeper - a poseable 12-inch action figure that comes with a 40-piece accessory set full of enough weapons and ammunition to eliminate every Iraqi Civilian action figure included in the Operation Peace: Baghdad playset (sold separately).

"Kids can use the Peacekeeper in conjunction with the Baghdad playset to act out a full-scale occupation. And with all of the different weapons it comes with, you can have the Peacekeepers doing everything from mowing down entire demonstrations to arresting and detaining single protestors to protecting the Ministry of Oil."

"I never buy guns or army toys for my nine-year-old because I don't want him exposed to violence at that young of an age," said KB Toys customer Ashley Davis. "But I'm getting him a World Peacemaker because I want him to understand that killing people is okay when you're doing it for peace."

3. And that sinning in general is okay.
As long as you're doing it for religion.

Gay Bishop slips Queen song into new hymnal

Concord, N.H. -- After being confirmed as the world's first openly homosexual Bishop, Rev. Canon V. Gene Robertson flexed his newfound power Friday by adding Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody" to the list of songs to be printed in the New Hampshire Episcopal Church's new hymnals, which will be distributed to churches within Robertson's diocese in late September.

"My hope is that the congregation can look past the non-traditional lyrical content and see that Freddy Mercury's melodies are just as uplifting as conventional Church hymns," Robertson said, adding that he's "always had a special place in heart for Queen."

Robertson also said he was still considering adding a George Michael song to the 453-page hymnal: "'Faith' would be the obvious choice, but I've always kind of been partial to 'Father Figure.'"
