Who cooked out this past Labor Day Weekend

My partner and I were all over the map this weekend at various cookouts. Everyday this weekend we were somewhere. What about you all?

1. Come on, you can't vote for the ubiquitous other and not tell us about it!

2. I cooked...

but then, it was to cater a banquet for 110 people. Which is considerably more exhausting than chasing people around one's backyard with a garden hose, but much less fun.

3. It rained all this weekend

Just slept late every morning and got up when I felt like it then wasted the rest of the day doing nothing. It was nice. Only activity I did was bowling and a pizza party on Saturday and jogging last night.

4. Yeppers

Lot of cooking out at Topsail Island, sittin on the beach, having to talk with Freepers, that was the hard part. Since I was a guest I kept my mouth shut as not to upset my host. Saw a big ass boat Dregging the Intercoastal waterway. Swam in the waves

5. Other: I helped to cook Bush in Richfield

And it was the best barbeque of the summer.

6. I out-cooked on Labor Day

It's sort of like out-sourcing. I went to Subway and got a big old sub.

7. Prok chops Friday night

and went to a State park and grilled brauts last night. SauerKraut, spicy mustard, toasted buns - then ice cream at the local creamery post swimming in the pond that passes for a beach in this neck of the woods. A good weekend - got some wiring and painting done, too.
