very few replies, but I still plan to send another donation to DU next March as usual. I still love DU and always will. I remember seeing democraticunderground.com on a protest sign in Washington, DC at the Inauguration, so later, I got on my computer and found it! I couldn't believe DU was for real, but there is was! I have been here ever since. The first several months or so, I only had about 25 posts, later to become over 10,000 at last count. I need to blow off steam, and this is a good place to do such! We need DU, and we must get tough before 2004! We need James Carville now! Democrats need to get together and quit fighting each other.

I will "never" forget the coup of 2000! Never! Nor will I forget about the Republican manufactured and programmed voting machines! Of course, there is the Republican, corporate owned right wing mainstream news media! I miss the "Fairness Doctrine"!

I will vote if I have to crawl to the polls!

Mo has his own website I believe it's http://www.mopaul.com or something close to it. There are people who I enjoyed reading that aren't around now, I think last falls elections and the focus group comparison took the wind out of many people's sails.
I really enjoyed Tigerlily's effort in getting the flowers for Byrd going although there was another woman whose name I can't recall was very instrumental in getting it set up. I'll soon have two years here, sometime in October, the third week I believe. I've had a couple of posts blowup in my face so I can understand Mo's decision to back off. Passion is a dangerous thing, it's responcible for our world mess right now, and when it's strong it can be an inmovable object, and we know what happens when two of those meet.
