Cute - From One Of My Kid's "Simpson's" Books

Had to post this - cute, from one of my kid's "Simpson's" books: "We plead alliance to the flakes of the united snakes of a merry cow, and to the Republicans for which they scam, one nacho, licorice, underpants, and jugs of wine for owls." It has a little rabbit-like character standing there saying, "hehe" afterwards. Lol.

2. My son's version....

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under GUARD, indivisible with liberty and justice for all.

He was quite proud when he learned it three years ago and I could find no valid reason to correct him...Funny, the American Legion visited the school and did the flag bit soon after that September day, but somehow he was able to understand it on a level that escapes most Americans.
