I need some help finding a climate data website! |
|
About a year ago, someone here posted a link to a website that gave daily temperature records for locations all over America (if not the world), along with each day's average temperature and departure for each day from that average. Then, the monthly average departure was listed for each complete month. Everything was plain text, it was in a simple chart format, and the font looked like simple typewriting.
The DU'er who posted the link also copied some examples of radically warm months in different places, such as up in Alaska where one entire month was like 12 degrees above average!
I cannot, for the life of me, remember who posted that information. Nor can I remember what site it was and trying to do a google for it just gives me hundreds of thousands of possibilities and none of the ones I checked were right.
Can someone help me with this? I would really appreciate it!
