"Slick Willy", on the other hand, is an especially pungent and appropos name in England, where "willy" is used for the male member, and "slick willy" conjures up a very specific and uncouth image. And Clinton can accuarately be described as slick in the sense that he's a good politician.

Describing Hillary as "the Hildebeest" I think is pretty funny, even though I like her.
