I want a new look. I have past shoulder length fine, yet thick, naturally curly hair.
I want something that will suggest to people that I mean business, yet something easy to maintain and sexy as well. ;) I want sass without alot of fuss.

ANY suggestions? :) What do I ask for? :(

Find a magazine photo of something you like and take it along.
I don't always get the exact look, but it gives me some control over the procedure. The idea of telling a hairdresser to "surprise me" I always expect to end up an unpleasant surprise.

Ok so I'm a guy, but it worked for my wife. You have to buy one of them flat iron things, I call it the waffle iron

5. Tell her exactly what you just wrote there

I've had the same girl cutting my hair for almost 15 years now. I just tell her in the terms like you just have and she gives me some choices and I'm always happy with what she comes up with. I have naturally curly hair too.
