Frank Zappa vs. the Beatles
Who was more creative?

Who made the more important contributions to music?

Any takers on this?

2. Beatles and Beatles...
"creative" is a matter of interpretation. However, there can be no reasonable case made that Zappa made more important contributions to music.

3. NO
they were both good, quite unique, IN THEIR OWN WAY. Impossible to compare.

5. The Beatles could never have recorded "Bobby Brown Goes Down"
But then... could Zappa have recorded it without the Beatles?

It's a tie...
Zappa is one of my biggest musical idols, so it's very hard to compare. However, I think that in 100 years or so, Zappa will be spoken of as one of the great original composers of the 20th Century. They never really respect you until at least 100 years after you're gone.

6. I would say...
Zappa, more creative.
Beatles, more contribution.
I personally love them both.
